The one with SF Giants baseball talk

ALEX BRANDON- AP

As you may have heard, seen, or noticed, the San Francisco Giants beat the Washington Nationals the other day to advance to the National League Championship Series. For the 3rd time in 5 years the Giants are playing for the NL pennant. Once again they will be matched up against the St. Louis Cardinals for the right to play in the World Series.

Last night I joined the Willie Dills and Chad King of the TortureCast podcast (link below) to talk Giants playoff baseball. I've been on the show a few times in the past and was happy to talk more about this year's Giants team.

We wrapped up the NLDS against Washington, primarily breaking down where the series turned and who stood out for the Giants. The antics of Bryce Harper and his matchup with Hunter Strickland were discussed along with other key decisions made by both managers.

Of course there's lots of well deserved love tossed Bruce Bochy's way as we talked about how he always puts his players in a position to succeed. All signs point to Michael Morse being active for the NLCS so we talk about what role he and Tim Lincecum will have going forward.

So click the link below and head on over to TorureCast to tune in. They have tons of ways to download it too. I'd embed it, but I'm not that savvy.
